COVID-19 OFFICE UPDATE

Dear Patients,

Mandy and I can assure you that we are doing the best we can in keeping current on the day to day changes.  Yesterday, VA Gov. Northam signed a new Executive Order: https://www.governor.virginia.gov/media/governorvirginiagov/executive-actions/EO-55-Temporary-Stay-at-Home-Order-Due-to-Novel-Coronavirus-(COVID-19).pdf

Chiropractors in VA are licensed through the VA Board of Medicine, therfore, we are considered an essential business and will remain open to our patients and their families.

We implemented the following recommendations on March 23, 2020 and will continue to do so.  But WE NEED YOUR HELP...

Patients MUST call & schedule an appointment before coming to the office.

This will allow us to abide by the requirements set forth in the CDC's recommendations and the Governor's order, specifically, less than 10 individuals in the office at a time and, socially distancing of 6 feet or more.  We have also implemented sanitizing the tables after every patient, wiping down pens, door handles & knobs, etc.

We ask that you follow the CDC recommendations to stay home if you feel unwell, or have a fever, cough or shortness of breath.

Lastly, the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) and the Dept. of Homeland Security consider Chiropractic an essential service. Therefore, we will continue to do our best to provide quality chiropractic care and sound advice where we can.

Keep up your Vitamin D & Vitamin C

Eat healthy- reduce sugar & alcohol

Reduce social media - read, play games, do puzzles

Breathe fresh air & soak in the sunshine :)

Be physically active - walk, bike, yoga, stretch, bounce on a trampoline, etc

Get ADJUSTED!

We maintain and stand firm that our best line of defense against all disease resides in our Nervous System, particularly our Autonomic Nervous System. Chiropractic adjustments remove interference to this self-guided system and allow for maximum immune function within our body system.

God Bless you and your family.

Yours in Health,

Dr. Matt, Mandy & family
